Cardmaking Class Returns!

Cardmaking classes are back! Teacher Anna Geis will be here between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm on Thursday, October 22 to show people how to make three cards with a fall/Halloween theme. Call or register on the library’s website to meet one-on-one with Anna, who will help you cut out and stamp the pieces of the cards; you then take your ‘kit’ to fully assemble at home. One person per time slot, please. Class fee is $6 per person; all supplies are provided.

Cardmaking Class Returns!

Teacher Anna Geis will be here between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm on Thursday, January 21 to show people how to make three cards with the theme “Love Is in the Air… It’s Not Just the Virus!” Participants will meet one-on-one with Anna, who will help you cut out and stamp the pieces of the cards; you then take your ‘kit’ to fully assemble at home. Call or register on the library’s website by January 13; no late signups or walk-ins, please! When you register, please specify if you’d like to only do Valentine’s-themed cards, or if you’d like to do a bee-themed one as well.

Library is open to the public

Our doors are open again! Our new temporary hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. Currently we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Reminder: 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are for seniors or those who immunocompromised - if you know a senior or those who need to be extra cautious, please let them know.

If you can, please wear a mask and follow our social distancing guidelines. There are marks and arrows on the floor to help with that, and if you have any questions please ask us!

Library is open for curbside service

The library is open for curbside service! We're working on being able to open fully to the public, but in the meantime, you can request items and pick them up curbside.

You can call us at 419-826-2760 during open hours, visit our catalog, email swantonpl@gmail.com or, and/or fill out a curbside service request.

Our temporary hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
