Coding for grades K-12 is back in action! Thanks to a grant from the American Library Association and Google for Education for Digital Learning Day, we have new equipment, including coding robot Cue, and can now hold classes of up to five students while still maintaining social distancing!

Teen Valentine’s Day Party

Not in a relationship? Or just don’t care about all that romance stuff? Come to the library from 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm on Monday, February 14 for a Valentine’s Day party that’s all about celebrating friendship instead of romance – and sweets! We’ll have broken heart cookies to decorate and silly icebreaker games to play. Only talking about fictional relationships (‘ships’) is allowed! Everyone is welcome, single or not. Registration is not required. Grades 6-12. FREE!

Anime Club for grades 5-12

Come to the library from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Wednesday, February 23, for an afternoon full of anime! Join us to watch three episodes of anime chosen by the attendees (or by the random button!). Japanese snacks and drinks will also be provided. Open to grades 5-12. No registration needed. FREE!

Job Description: The library page is responsible for sorting, organizing, and returning materials to the proper place on the shelf. The page will assist in working on the front desk and attending to patron requests. Basic computer skills are required and excellent interpersonal skills. The position includes some heavy lifting. Part time and entry level.
